1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Most orders are picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT typically ship the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Delivery estimates do not include the 1–2 day processing window. Carriers may experience delays during peak holiday seasons or severe weather.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries via USPS International or UPS Worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for any applicable fees before ordering.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also log in to your account at any time to view order status and tracking. If you don't see a shipping confirmation email after 2 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us at support@bobcatmedicalstore.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet, but once a package is in the carrier's hands, we may not be able to redirect it.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process on lost or stolen packages. In short: check with neighbors first, give it 24 hours, then contact the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

7. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS and to APO/FPO addresses for military personnel. UPS services are not available for these address types.
