At Bobcat Medical we stand behind every product we sell. If your purchase isn't right for you, we'll make it right. This policy explains how returns and refunds work and what to expect from us.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Free of signs of wear, damage, pet hair, fragrances, or alterations.

Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered separately under our defect/damage policy below — no time limit, no restocking fee.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@bobcatmedicalstore.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with the RA number visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the return address provided (the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of damage, defect, or our error).

4. Exchanges

We process exchanges as a return + new order. Email us with what you'd like to exchange and we'll guide you through it. If the new item is the same price or lower, we'll refund any difference; if higher, we'll send a payment link for the balance.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number.
  • A photo of the damaged/defective item.
  • A photo of the shipping packaging if there was visible damage in transit.

We'll cover return shipping costs and either replace the item at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our warehouse and is in the carrier's possession, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package:

  • Check with neighbors and household members.
  • Look around your property (porches, side yards, behind planters).
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark items as delivered before they actually arrive.
  • Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to file a missing-package claim.

If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
