Bobcat Medical is a full medical-apparel store: scrub sets, scrub tops, scrub pants and skirts, scrub jackets, lab coats, gowns, scrub caps, and kids scrubs — plus our own accessories like stethoscope holders and nurse waist packs. Browse everything by category on the Shop page.

We stock poplin, microfiber, stretch, and twill fabrics across a wide range of colors — in women’s and unisex/men’s cuts, plus kids sizes. Styles include classic sets, jogger sets, mock-wrap and V-neck tops, cargo and skirt bottoms, and more.

Sizing varies by fabric and style, so a “Large” in one line can differ from another. Every scrub product page has the maker’s exact measurement chart — check it against your measurements rather than assuming your usual size. Some sizes are made to order.

Accessories (holders, waist packs) ship in about 3–5 business days. Scrubs and apparel are fulfilled through our production partner, and because many styles are made to order they typically take a bit longer. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Yes, within our 30-day return window (unworn, with tags). We don’t do direct size/color exchanges — if the fit isn’t right, return the item and place a new order for the size or color you need. Checking the size chart before ordering saves the hassle.

The magnetic holder uses a magnetic closure; the velcro holder uses a Velcro loop closure. Both are strong and reliable. The choice comes down to personal preference, not performance.

Magnetic holder: Black, Navy Blue, Maroon, and Gray. Velcro holder: Black, Navy Blue, and Pink.

We have had no known issues. The holder is not placed near phones or wallets during normal use. If you have concerns, keep cards and devices in a separate pocket.

Our holders work with all major brands. Eko stethoscopes are not recommended—the Eko head shape and weight make it a poor fit. For other brands including Littmann, ADC, MDF, and similar, compatibility is excellent.

Any standard antibacterial wipe is sufficient. For deeper cleaning, the magnetic holder components can be separated and wiped; the velcro holder can be hand washed with mild soap and air dried.

Ground shipping within the continental US typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

This website currently does not offer international shipping. For international orders, Amazon handles fulfillment—check our products on Amazon for delivery to your country.

Tracking numbers are provided automatically via USPS or UPS. You'll receive an email with the tracking link once your order ships.

Yes. We offer free regular shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 have a $5.99 regular shipping fee. Rush and Super Rush shipping are available at checkout, and VIP members ship free on every order.

We offer a 30-day return window with receipt. Refunds are processed automatically when the return is received within that window. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page.

Visit our Contact page and send us your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and process your refund once we receive the item.

We do not offer exchanges for color or size. All sales are final except for returns within the 30-day window. If you need a different option, you can return the item and place a new order.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

Changes are allowed within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, orders process quickly for shipping and cannot be modified. Contact us right away if you need to make changes.

Yes. Your payment information is secure. We use industry-standard encryption and PCI-compliant processing; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

Bobcat Medical was founded by Jenni Abecilla, a registered nurse with 15 years of clinical experience. The mission is to improve the enjoyability and efficiency of medical work through thoughtful accessories designed for real clinical environments.

Our products are currently manufactured in China. We are exploring U.S.-based manufacturing options for the future.

We do not have a physical retail location at this time. We are online-only and appear at events, conferences, and pop-ups. Check our Events page for where to find us in person.
