Products

What is the difference between the magnetic and velcro stethoscope holders?
The magnetic holder uses a magnetic closure; the velcro holder uses a Velcro loop closure. Both are strong and reliable. The choice comes down to personal preference, not performance.
What colors are available?
Magnetic holder: Black, Navy Blue, Maroon, and Gray. Velcro holder: Black, Navy Blue, and Pink.
Will the magnetic holder damage my phone or credit cards?
We have had no known issues. The holder is not placed near phones or wallets during normal use. If you have concerns, keep cards and devices in a separate pocket.
What stethoscopes are compatible with your holders?
Our holders work with all major brands. Eko stethoscopes are not recommended—the Eko head shape and weight make it a poor fit. For other brands including Littmann, ADC, MDF, and similar, compatibility is excellent.
How do I clean my stethoscope holder?
Any standard antibacterial wipe is sufficient. For deeper cleaning, the magnetic holder components can be separated and wiped; the velcro holder can be hand washed with mild soap and air dried.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Ground shipping within the continental US typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
This website currently does not offer international shipping. For international orders, Amazon handles fulfillment—check our products on Amazon for delivery to your country.
How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are provided automatically via USPS or UPS. You'll receive an email with the tracking link once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. (This may need to be configured at checkout; contact us if you have questions.)

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window with receipt. Refunds are processed automatically when the return is received within that window. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page.
How do I initiate a return?
Visit our Contact page and send us your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and process your refund once we receive the item.
Can I exchange for a different color or size?
We do not offer exchanges for color or size. All sales are final except for returns within the 30-day window. If you need a different option, you can return the item and place a new order.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changes are allowed within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, orders process quickly for shipping and cannot be modified. Contact us right away if you need to make changes.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment information is secure. We use industry-standard encryption and PCI-compliant processing; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Bulk and wholesale pricing are available. Quantity thresholds are still being finalized. Contact us for wholesale inquiries and we'll get back to you with details.

Who started Bobcat Medical?
Bobcat Medical was founded by Jenny Abusilla about two years ago. The mission is to improve the enjoyability and efficiency of medical work through thoughtful accessories designed for real clinical environments.
Where are your products made?
Our products are currently manufactured in China. We are exploring U.S.-based manufacturing options for the future.
Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical retail location at this time. We are online-only and appear at events, conferences, and pop-ups. Check our Events page for where to find us in person.
